Doesn't anyone care anymore?

Jek

So I haven't seen much discussion here anymore, Belly doesn't seem to be doing his raw thoughts and I guess not many people watch wrestling. I prefer to read recaps and reviews of the show rather than watching it so we need some discussion here! What happened on Raw monday? Did WWE finally drop the bomb on Daniel Bryan?

I'm still keeping up, I just haven't posted much about it because I have no internet at the moment.

I have stopped watching Smackdown and Main Event and anything Impact-y.  I catch RAW almost every week, but i skip a lot of the boring stuff.

Better than Essa

SmackDown has never been as pointless as it is right now. I've stuck with it for a year or so of it being full of Raw rematches or trial matches for Raw the next week that I don't really see the point anymore. I do intend to watch it every week, but I often forget about it or have something else to do and then hear that I missed absolutely nothing. This is exactly why I've always been so in favour of the brand extension.

Other than that, I just don't get the feeling anyone else cares enough. I tweet live for most shows and then do IWC Radio, so my opinions are out there if you care to find them.

I am behind by a week, have not seen Main Event, SD, or Raw yet. But I will watch them and listen to chux's show. Other than that. Ehhh.

Main Event

I still watch, well I watched Raw today as ive been busy and am usually a couple days behind, I don't tend to watch Smackdown.

I stopped doing the raw reviews and no one seemed to miss them, so I just stopped doing them, I don't mind doing it if they were being read as it gave me something to do whilst actually watching Raw haha

I was reading them, we're quite entertaining. Bring the Belly Raw reviews back!

I'm just usually a week behind, so I avoid social media

I stopped watching religiously in 2005, stopped paying close attention really at all in around 2007, and was watching the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania only for a few years, but now I haven't watched any TV wrestling since the WrestleMania that had Triple H VS Sheamus (whatever that one was).

So no, I don't really care any more sorry 🙂

I watch PPVs online and the night after PPVs... until I can't stand it anymore.

After the last night, with:

1. super Cena crushing Sandow (who is in my FAVE 5) with one bad arm, and getting beat down with a sneak attack and an illegal object and STILL getting the win, and
2. prison rapist with the win over D-Bry (who is in my FAVE 5),

i see no reason to be optimistic about the wwe any time soon.

AND TNA... I give it a view now and again, and just get depressed even faster, and turn it off.

WWE has done some things right though recently.

Yeah seeing Cena come back and automatically get a title shot, win and then beat the MITB winner after having a beat down sucks.

But then look at how over they've gotten Cody and Goldust. It's ridiculous the ovation they've been getting recently and that's down to the story they used to put them together. And you know that'll lead into a great feud later down the line between the two of them. And they've managed to get the Big Show over brilliantly.

At the moment, they're getting things right just as much as they are wrong which is okay. It's not great, but it's better than what it was a while ago where there was more things going on that was just not exciting at all.

WWE is for the first time in years,  unpredictable. .. how long is Bryan out? Whos the devil that made Wyatt do his deeds? Whats Show gonna do next? Who if anyone will stop Triple H's power trip? The tag division is its strongest in years... Rhodes Brothers, Shield, Usos, Matadores, Real Americans...

Its not perfect... but WWE is more good than bad and seemingly improving. And unpredictability is always a good thing.

Champs = Orton 10th time and Cena 14th time. Not new. Not unpredictable. Any time the ratings go down, they throw the belt on Cena or Orton. Someone beside HHHs buddies getting de-pushed. Not new.

The only bright light for wwe is that TNA is SO bad, wwe seems less like shit by comparison. I might be done with um.

Theres more to a show than who the champion is. Noone saw Bryan making HBK tap out. Or Kanes turn. Or what the Wyatts did. As long as I can watch the show and be pleasantly surprised by the swerves I call that a decebt show.

And the tag division is one of the most enjoyable parts of the show.
